This policy applies when you use our WhatsApp booking service, mobile applications, websites, or any related services (collectively "Platform" or "Blasa.ma"), or when you contact us.

Users who book taxis via our WhatsApp service are referred to as "Passengers", and licensed taxi drivers who provide transportation services through our platform are referred to as "Drivers".

This service operates exclusively in Morocco and complies with all applicable Moroccan laws and regulations regarding data protection and taxi services.

WhatsApp and Meta Compliance

We use the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta. We adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms, Messaging Policies, and Platform Terms. Any personal data (WhatsApp number, booking info) is processed solely for booking services and care for your privacy. We don't share data with Meta or third parties beyond what's needed to operate our platform.

For Passengers:

  • Booking details (pickup location, time, number of passengers)
  • WhatsApp number (not shared with drivers)
  • Ride preferences (shared or private)
  • Feedback and ratings

For Drivers:

  • National ID information
  • Taxi license details
  • Vehicle information
  • Contact information
  • Subscription status

2. How We Use Your Information

We use collected information to:

  • Facilitate taxi bookings
  • Verify driver credentials
  • Improve our services
  • Maintain platform security
  • Communicate service updates

3. Data Storage and Security

  • Data is stored on secure Google servers
  • Booking data is retained for 30 days
  • WhatsApp chat histories are not stored
  • Access controls and privileges are strictly managed

4. Data Sharing

We share information only as necessary:

  • Booking details with assigned drivers
  • Driver information with booked passengers
  • No third-party data processing

5. Your Rights
