Users who book taxis via our WhatsApp service are referred to as "Passengers", and licensed taxi drivers who provide transportation services through our platform are referred to as "Drivers".

WhatsApp and Meta Compliance
We use the WhatsApp Business API provided by Meta. We adhere to Meta's WhatsApp Business Terms, Messaging Policies, and Platform Terms. Any personal data (WhatsApp number, booking info) is processed solely for booking services and care for your privacy. We don't share data with Meta or third parties beyond what's needed to operate our platform.

- Data is stored on secure Google servers
- Booking data is retained for 30 days
- WhatsApp chat histories are not stored
- Access controls and privileges are strictly managed

- Booking details with assigned drivers
- Driver information with booked passengers
- No third-party data processing
