1. Introduction

Welcome to Blasa.ma. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our pre-booking taxi service platform, please that we are not a transportation services. All transportation services are provided independently by licensed taxi drivers. Please also note that we do not participate in or influence price negotiations between passengers and drivers, and we do not collect any payments for rides - all payments are handled directly between passengers and drivers.

2. Service Description

Blasa.ma is a pre-booking service that connects train commuters with licensed taxi drivers in Morocco. The service operates through WhatsApp for passengers and a dedicated mobile application for drivers. The platform simply facilitates the connection between train commuters and licensed taxi drivers, and maintains quality through feedback and ratings.

3. Account Verification and Security

For Passengers:

• No additional verification required - passengers use their existing WhatsApp verified numbers

For Drivers:

• National ID verification
• Valid Moroccan taxi license verification

We reserve the right to request additional verification at any time to maintain platform security and service quality.

4. Eligibility

• Users must be legally allowed to use taxis and trains in Morocco
• Drivers must possess valid taxi licenses issued by Moroccan authorities
• Drivers must maintain a current subscription to access the service

5. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate information during booking
• Respect the privacy of other users
• Not manipulate or attempt to hack the platform
• Provide regular feedback on completed rides
• Follow all applicable Moroccan laws and regulations

6. Account Suspension

Blasa.ma reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts for:

• Violation of these terms and conditions
• Privacy breaches
• Platform manipulation attempts
• Hacking attempts
• Consistent failure to provide ride feedback

7. Pricing and Payments

The booking service is free for passengers. Ride fares are set according to:

• Official taxi meter rates for shared rides
• Agreed-upon rates for private (korsa) rides or meter rates x2
• Drivers must pay a monthly subscription fee

9. Feedback System

Users are required to participate in the platform's rating system:

• Regular feedback is mandatory for continued service use
• Failure to provide feedback may result in point reduction
• Feedback helps maintain service quality

10. Limitation of Liability

Blasa.ma serves as a booking platform and is not responsible for:

• Direct transactions between passengers and drivers
• Accidents or incidents during rides
• Lost items or personal belongings

11. Changes to Terms

Blasa.ma reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes.

12. Platform Availability and Updates

We promise to provide the Platform to you with reasonable skill and care. Note, however, that we provide the Platform "as available" or "as is". It means that we make no representation, warranty, or guarantee as to the reliability, security, timeliness, quality, suitability, availability, accuracy or completeness of the Platform.

Device Requirements:

• Passengers: WhatsApp-compatible smartphone
• Drivers: Android 6.0 or higher
• Regular app updates required for security and functionality
• Active internet connection required for using the service

The Platform may contain links to third party websites, services, offers or other events or activities that are not provided, owned or controlled by Blasa.ma. You use them at your own risk.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by Moroccan law. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Moroccan courts.
